O hotel situa-se a cerca de 2 km de Rincon de Loix, onde se encontram também bares, lojas e restaurantes. Até à Praia do Levante são cerca de 150 m. Os transportes públicos localizam-se a cerca de 100 m e o aeroporto de Alicante a aproximadamente 65 km. O simpático hotel, construído em 1974 e renovado em 2002, dispõe de 19 andares com um total de 270 quartos, dos quais 36 individuais (sem varanda) e 234 duplos.
