Situated on Estrada de Santa Eulália, a few meters from the emblematic Martinique Velha pastry shop and 800m from Oura Beach, the complex offers hygiene and safety protocols according to the international standards of the seal for Clean & Safe establishments. There are 100 apartments and 8 villas. All with balconies, distributed in 6 blocks and typologies: Studio, One Bedroom and One Bedroom Supeior. The villas unfold into two independent apartments. All are airy, illuminated and equipped with appliances in order to provide practicality and convenience. Our goal is to allow your rest with nature in an economical and autonomous way. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
