O hotel foi construído em 1960 e renovado em 2002. Dispõe de um edifício principal de 4 andares e de um suplementar de 5 andares com um total de 197 quartos, dos quais 8 individuais e 189 duplos. Inclui um hall de entrada com recepção (disponível 24 h por dia), cofre, guichet para câmbio de dinheiro, sala de televisão e ainda acesso à Internet. Contempla adicionalmente um agradável café, um bar e um restaurante climatizado. No exterior do hotel existem lugares de estacionamento.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
