Ten minutes from Albufeira city centre, and metres from the beach, this seaside hotel is just a short walk away from many attractions, Faro airport is less than 25 kilometers from the hotel. The resort provides all the holiday essentials, a pool area available for whole family, sauna, a choice of pubs and restaurants - plus a great choice of activities for all the family. Steps outside the lobby is in the heart of the picturesque Praia dos Aveiros. This lush, green section of Portugal's coastline is just waiting to be explored, before hitting the beach for some sun and surf. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, all come with sea views and balconies access, besides several amenities. Rooms include also home appliances to ensure gusts feel as home.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
