Este hotel está a solo 100 m de la playa Praia da Oura en Albufeira, una de las mejores playas del Algarve. Está a poca distancia a pie de la mejor zona para salir por la noche, restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados. Hay paradas de transporte público en las inmediaciones y la estación de autobuses y la de trenes quedan a unos 2 km y 6,5 km respectivamente. El aeropuerto de Faro dista aproximadamente 40 km del establecimiento. Se trata de un complejo de 54 apartamentos con balcón, 42 de los cuales gozan de fantásticas vistas sobre el mar, que proporcionarán a los huéspedes todo el confort que necesiten durante su estancia. Además de la zona de vestíbulo con caja fuerte y servicio de cambio de divisas, las instalaciones a disposición de los huéspedes en este apartotel incluyen conexión a Internet en zonas comunes y servicio de lavandería (las dos últimas, de pago). - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
