The Studio apartments and Linked Villas/Townhouses have fully equipped kitchens, whilst the T1 Standard one bedroom apartment has a small kitchenette allowing for prepartion of light meals. The restaurant uses fresh seasonal produce and the Manager Nuno Diogo and his staff cannot fail to impress with the service and knowledge of Portuguese wines. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
